What's new in 1.3b2

New Features :

- added "clear menu" option to "File:Open Recent" submenu

Bug Fixes:

- fixed crashing bug that occurred when links were deleted (bug introduced in 1.3b1)

- fixed registration crashing bug (introduced in 1.3b1)
