Due to a recent trend of spam being posted to the Savitar forum, I've upped the security requirements for posting to the forum.
New security measures require you to have an account with a valid email address in order to read and write to the forum. I'm sorry about any sort of inconvience this may cause for those folks' who have guest accounts and have been posting legitimately to the forum. I'm going to research how to allow unregistered reading of the forum.
