Can't see prompt properly in ANSI colors, ANSI colors Options

I'm new to Savitar after having many years off from mudding, but when I try to use ANSI colors on "Chicken's Den" (snack.p.lodz.pl:7000) my prompt (for HP, Mana, MV, etc.) has tons of random characters after each number. I can't figure out what to do about it, except turn off colors, but that makes it hard to see tells, chats, etc. when fighting. It also screws up the "who" list with 3-4 lines of nonsense with the logged in characters' names being somewhere mixed in the middle. It's really quite impossible to read.

Any clues if this is a bug or if there's some other way to fix it?
