delays, variables, whatever you want to call them., random short delays possible?

Guests	Is there any way to add short delays into triggers and such? The mud I play has code that searches for 'bots,' and if i could add some variablility to my botting triggers, then it wouldn't be able to find me and reduce the points i get when i'm botting... Any chance I could randomize some general commands, so it thinks there's someone at the keyboard and not afk?
