Can't open my world, made a trigger Savitar doesnt like now I can't open my world Options

I cannot open any worlds.
I made a regex Trigger in the Universal Triggers section, (realizing it's probably not right, but trying to figure it out, I'm new to this):

and saved it. Shortly after that, Savitar crashed and when I tried to reopen it, a box popped up:

If I could open my triggers in another program, I could delete the trigger I made, or anything. Again, it's a trigger in the Universal Trigger section.
I tried to upload the world file here, but "Upload failed. Please ask the administrator to ensure the uploads directory is available", so I am willing to do that if it would help you guys. I'm trying not to freak out, but I've got a BUNCH of triggers and macros in both the Universal ones, and in the various worlds I play. Anything would be *GREATLY APPRECIATED*.
