Logging request Options

I've recently moved from PC to Mac, and MUSHClient to Savitar. The biggest change I'm trying to get used to is the inability to go back and choose the start of my log. I do not log everything, so I'm often halfway through a scene before I realize that I want it to keep it.

I would like to specify where I want the log to start (either from 'present', or 'back X lines', or 'Y Kb') instead of only being able to log from when I remember to start the screen capture. Logging everything means I will end up with a whole bunch of files with nothing in them but me checking the WHO or coding/building.
