I run Zmud through Virt PC on my mac. I play a very competitive pk-oriented mud and it runs a bit slow.

I have a targeting system which allows me to enter a single input and it will work with all of my macros. For instance:
I send to the mud - t bob (I have now targetted bob)
My macros are set up as follows:
F1 - murder @target
F2 - dirt @target
F3 - bash @target

Using t to set my target, when I hit my macros, it sends to the mud:

F1 murder bob
F2 dirt bob
F3 bash bob

I don't want it as an automatic trigger, unless there is a way to set an alias that will turn that trigger on and off after I have set the target.

Any help on if this is possible would be appreciated. I have read the help files and it isn't making much sense to me.

I have a similar problem. The MUD I play, Akanbar, allows me to set up in-game macros that use targets. Such as, M 3 Show death to !1. !1 is the target. All I do is change it to attack different targets. Now, my problem is setting up Triggers to attack with. I want to set it up so that SD would Show Death To... then I would pick a target. Such as, SD Malachai, and I would Show Death To Malachai... myself. I like using myself to test triggers. Any idea on how I would set this up?
