While 1.3 isn't out yet, I wanna put this into bits before I forget.

Taking myself as an example, I like to have white text on a black background. From the very little talking to others on the subject that I've done, it seems that's a fairly popular combination. However, white text can't be lightened any further... It'd be really nice to have an option for hilighted, non-colored text to be another color entirely, from your normal text. That way you could have, say, white text and magenta hilighting or some such.

The same could be done for dim in the case that someone uses black text. I don't think this is needed for colored text since one could easily define a non-red color to the dim and hilighted red boxed in the ANSI settings panel...

Anyway... That would be cool. Something like the ANSI settings under the appearance pane of the World Settings. biggrin.gif
