When I download and double click, as per the directions, nothing happens. When I try to open it manually, it says that it doesn't know what to open it with. I searched for the folder on my hard drive and it was not found. Is there something I need to install it?

Many people download Savitar week after week without error. Please send me a private email with specific information about what OS you are running, and what web browser you are using.
