Working With Tabs and Triggers, General help request from newbie. Options

In the events window, the triggers in the universal tab are modified by the triggers in the tabs that are created underneath it. Is there a way to add another tab with universal triggers at the very end of the events window to make further modifications to tabs above it? If there isn't maybe it would be a good idea to add this. Also I'd love to see TONS more buttons on the Macro Clicker in a future version of Savitar.
