Welcome to the Savitar™ version 1.4.3 client! We at Heynow Software are thrilled to be releasing another version of Savitar to the Mac online gaming community.
- Changed the "open text window" local command to accept unix-style paths (goodbye OS 9-style paths).
- Fixed a potential crasher when closing a window.
- Fixed bug in text windows. Horizontal scrolling now resets when text wrapping is turned off.
-Added the 'history' local command
-Added the 'recall
-Upped the command recall history from 32 to 100
- Added continuous speech support
- Added check for update support
- Spruced-up the UI.
System Requirements
Savitar™ 1.4 runs on PowerMacs running Mac OS X 10.3.9 and later and Intel-Macs running Mac OS X 10.4.8 or later.
If you are on a PowerPC based Mac running an earlier version of Mac OS X, or Mac OS 9, please take a look at Savitar version 1.3.
If you are running on a 68K-based Macintosh running Mac OS 9, Savitar version 1.1 is for you.

For Existing Savitar Users:
Upgrade to Savitar 1.4 for registered users from prior versions of Savitar is absolutely free of charge. Thank you for your continued interest in Savitar!
Savitar settings and world documents modified and created with Savitar versions 1.1 and 1.3 are backwards compatible with version 1.4, so you should be able to move forward to 1.4 without incident.
