Is there any way to set up a trigger or macro or some kind of event that will work as a sort of idle timer and send a response after a certain number of ticks? as an example, there's a world I use with an insanely short idle-disconnect. I'd like every five minutes to send a . (period) to keep me from dropping. But I don't want it to happen every five minutes if I am active. Only if I haven't input anything for five minutes. If this isn't possible, then a moderator can move it to feature request.

Nosh,
You could try using Savitar's local ##task command combined with the ##wait command. /Jay |

That way would work with just the Task command, but wouldn't solve the problem of performing every interval, and not just when idle.
