I read the online manual, but... Does Savitar have the ability to pause the screen after it fills with text?
In Windows, I use SimpleMU - and when there is more than one screen of text that hits you (a spammy desc/whatever), it pauses and tells you "11 more lines in buffer - Press tab to display more". You hit tab, and you get the next screen, until it's done. I can't find such a thing in Savitar. Is there? Thanks for the newbie help. |

My suggestion: Scroll-lock.
There's a little blue lock button at the right of your window, under the scroll bar. Click it and nothing will scroll. You can then read and scroll down at your leisure. Unclick it and the next new line of text will kick it all the way down to the bottom. I use it quite frequently. ->Day<- -------------------- |

I use that scroll-lock so that I can copy sections or entire lines of text to make triggers out of them when i'm 'busy,' meaning there's no way I could capture it without losing the selection when new text comes in.
