I'm pleased to announce v1.3.9 of Savitar.

What's new in 1.3.9:

- Savitar now supports parsing of uppercase HTML tags.

- Fixed crasher in closing an unbalanced < /FONT > tag

- Fixed broken ##enable/disable trigger local command.
