I have been using it for awhile, but it doesn't seem like anything significant has been added in the last few years other than some bug fixes.
I'd still really like the ability to create folders in the events menu to turn groups of triggers off and on at once, clicking the little check box off and on one at a time has been an exercise in frustration since one of the updates broke that functionality in 2008 or so.
